TravelPass & NetworkPass tickets
How does it work?
TravelPass, TravelPassPlus and NetworkPass passes are loaded onto a TravelCard. When you get on the bus just place the card on the ticket machine's bullseye. The ticket machine will read the card and check that it is valid for travel. If you need to know the expiry date of your pass please ask the driver.

How do I get one?
Please complete an Application Form so we can prepare your TravelCard for you. You can have your TravelCard sent to you by post, or you can collect it from our Travel Shop in Fleming Way. Once you have your TravelCard you can load it with a TravelPass or TravelPassPlus at our Travel Shop in Fleming Way. You can also renew 1 Week and 4 Weeks passes on any Thamesdown bus bus within the area for which the TravelPass is valid.
How do I renew my TravelPass?
On bus: You can load a 1 week or 4 weeks pass onto your TravelCard on any Thamesdown bus within the area which the pass is valid - exact fare please! A sales receipt showing the value paid will be issued when the pass is loaded.
Travel Shop: You can top up your TravelCard with a new TravelPass or TravelPassPlus at our Travel Shop in Fleming Way.
Online: You can register your card online for topping up your pass. The new pass will normally be available to use within 24 hours by placing your TravelCard on the ticket machine's bullseye on a Thamesdown bus.
You can load a second pass onto your TravelCard while the first one is still current. The sales receipt will show the value paid and the second pass as 'stored'. This second pass will become active once the first card has expired and you then place the card on the ticket machine's bullseye.
What happens if I lose my TravelCard?
If your TravelCard is lost, stolen or damaged it can be 'hotlisted' overnight (Mondays to Saturdays) to prevent it being used by anyone else, so let us know as soon as possible. A replacement card can be issued at our Travel Shop for a fee of £5. This will be loaded with the number of complete days travel which remained on the card at the time it was disabled.
